Cancellation policy

Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you chose, at the discounted price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.

You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account, or by contacting us at bussojerky@gmail.com. Changes take effect immediately as long as they are made before your next billing date. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of orders.

Orders already billed before you cancel are processed and delivered as normal, and are covered by our Refund Policy in the same way as any other order. If a billing date catches you by surprise, contact us the same day and we will do our best to intercept the order before it ships.

We will notify you in advance of any change to the price or contents of your subscription, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
